I always felt so awkward in skirts during the fall and winter…I always got the Cher from Clueless vibe and couldn’t get passed it. But now…AS IF! BLANKNYC came along and totally changed the game with this skirt. Keep reading to see how I love to style it!
I wore this dark smokey grey version last year to EVERYTHING. My favorite thing about this skirt is its great fit! I love that I can still tuck in my sweaters, but also love how it can work with a chunky turtleneck and not look mismatched or like I’m in two different seasons. The suede makes it capable of handling heavier knits and I love that! (My turtleneck is old, but I’ve link a similar one here.)
This camel color was new this year and I’m obsessed. I paired it with this white off the shoulder sweater. This sweater in particular works great with this skirt because it’s stretchy and fitted at the waist, so if I’m not in the mood to tuck in my top – this is a great option. I love wearing these with over the knee boots because I’m always cold, but you could totally wear it with chunky heeled booties too!
